Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

By using mailsi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

mailsi forwards mail sent to your custom domain or @mailsi.dev alias to the destination addresses you register, and lets you reply to senders from your domain address.

mailsi only supports replies. You cannot use mailsi to start a new message.

Accounts

You sign in with a valid email address and we send you a sign-in link. Keep your email account and sign-in links safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use mailsi to send spam, phishing, scams, malware, or any unlawful content.

Do not use mailsi to impersonate other people or brands.

Do not use mailsi for bulk sending or to get around daily limits.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate the affected domain, alias or account.

Limits and plans

Each plan has daily forwarding and reply limits. The plan page explains them. Mail over a limit is temporarily refused (SMTP 451), and senders usually retry later.

New accounts (under 7 days old) have a lower daily reply limit: 5 on the Free plan.

Pro and Max are not available yet. Their terms will be published before they launch.

Your domain

You must own or be authorised to manage each domain you add. You set the DNS records at your own DNS provider. mailsi is not responsible for that provider's service.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause some features for maintenance, abuse protection or technical reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mailsi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from lost, delayed or refused mail, or from failures of third-party services.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your domains, aliases, destinations and reply records. It cannot be undone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will try to tell you in advance about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
