How it works

How one email travels

  1. Gets through

Senders email your domain as usual. Nothing to install.

  2. Arrives

Spam is refused during delivery; the rest forwards to your Gmail.

  3. Replies out

Reply in Gmail and it goes out from your domain.

Host your own domain

One MX record for your domain’s mail

Add one MX record at your DNS provider. It takes minutes to hours.

Cloudflare: DNS → Add record → type MX, name @, priority 10, paste the value above.

GoDaddy: My Products → DNS → Add → type MX, host @, priority 10, paste the value above.

At your DNS provider, look for the MX record, add one, set priority 10, and paste the value above. Step-by-step guides are in the setup guides.
