Last updated: 13 October 2026

mailsi does not allow use for spam, phishing, scams, malware, or impersonation. If you receive suspicious mail, or see a mailsi address being misused, please tell us.

How to report

Email [email protected]. Include the date and time you received the mail, the sender display name, and the suspicious address.

Do not send us your password or a sign-in link.

What we do

We review the related aliases, domains and metadata, and depending on the case we pause delivery, block addresses, or terminate the account.

We cannot promise a fixed response time for each case, but we follow up as quickly as we can.

What counts as abuse

Bulk or unsolicited spam.

Phishing, scams, or aliases and domains that impersonate a brand.

Malicious attachments or unlawful content.

Getting around daily limits, or using mailsi for bulk sending.

Blocking an address

Forwarded mail carries a "Block this address" link at the bottom. Once you confirm, mail from that address to your alias is refused.

Technical issues and DMARC reports

For technical problems or DMARC reports, email [email protected].
